Terms of Service for Mystc App – Patient Side

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Mystc app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mystc provides a platform to connect users (“Patients”) with independent third-party practitioners (“Practitioners”) who offer energy healing services. Mystc is not a healthcare provider, nor does it provide medical advice or services.

3. No Medical Services or Advice

The services offered by Practitioners are not medical or healthcare services and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Mystc shall not be liable for any outcomes, direct or indirect, arising from the use of services obtained through the App. Patients agree that the selection of any Practitioner and the assessment of their suitability is solely their responsibility.

5. User Responsibility

Patients are responsible for their interactions with Practitioners. Mystc does not endorse any Practitioner and makes no representations or warranties as to the qualifications, expertise, or credentials of any Practitioner.

6. Indemnification

Patients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mystc, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense arising out of their use of the App.

7. No Guarantee of Service Quality

Mystc does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, effectiveness, or safety of any services provided by Practitioners.

8. Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Al Muweilah, Sharjah UAE without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Amendments and Consent

Mystc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

11. Termination of Use

Mystc may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
