My approach is both intuitive and heart-centered, grounded in a deep understanding of energy and compassion. In each session, I create a warm, sacred space where you feel safe to explore the hidden layers of your emotions and beliefs.

Together, we gently shine light on the old wounds, fears, and limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. Using the ThetaHealing meditation technique, I guide you into a relaxed theta brainwave state – a space of deep peace and connection with the unconditional love of the Creator while you are fully awake and aware – so we can identify and release the blocks holding you back.

Originally from Germany, I spent the first 35 years of my life exploring different paths to wellbeing before a dear friend introduced me to the ThetaHealing® technique. That moment became a turning point. I was immediately drawn to the profound yet gentle healing I experienced through ThetaHealing – it felt like uncovering a long-lost truth within my soul.

After witnessing the deep transformations in my own life, I knew I had found my calling. I trained extensively and became a certified ThetaHealing practitioner and instructor, eager to share this powerful modality with others.
